We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trading Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is instrumental in supporting our trading teams by providing operational support, managing critical external relationships, and driving projects that enhance our trading capabilities and processes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Cefi exchanges, managing relationships and negotiating terms that benefit our operations.
- Proactively manage and enhance operational relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Oversee and drive projects across both business and technical disciplines, focusing on the build-out, maintenance, and improvement of systems and processes that support our trading teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to periodically review and optimize commercial relationships with Cefi exchanges.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and address technical requirements and operational needs.
- Proven experience in external relationship management and stakeholder engagement within the crypto or financial services industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple teams.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a capacity to navigate technical requirements and operational challenges.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
