**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Trade Operations Manager in implementing commodity trading contracts signed.
- Review and check contract clauses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
- Ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
- Review trading contracts and follow up on shipping logistics arrangements.
- Handle shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Mate's Receipts, and other required documentation.

- At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of related experience in Operations & Logistics, Import & Export Documentation and Shipping.
- Able to handle complex logistics arrangements (bulk shipments) and must have proven experience with bulk conventional vessels, specifically in handling fertilizer or other commodity bulk shipments.
- Prior experience in handling full shipping documents, including LC and Bill of Lading.
