**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.
- Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with mínimal impact on operations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Engage with Government stakeholders as needed, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong background in technical architecture and system design.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working on Government projects or within the Public Sector (preferred).
- Certification in OutSystems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards in Government projects is a plus."
