**Job Summary
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulations and guidelines set by MAS.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training to staff on compliance matters.
- Onboard new clients and ensure that all relevant documentation is obtained and recorded in accordance with MAS requirements.
- Submit surveys and other compliance-related reporting to MAS in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and report on any compliance breaches or issues.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, Law or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the compliance function, past relevant experience in a the fund management preferred.
- Knowledge of MAS regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
