**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Strategy**:Act as the primary technical lead for SAP Basis activities, guiding teams in project delivery and system management.
Provide technical guidance during brownfield implementations and migrations to SAP Public Cloud.
- **System Management**:Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.) on both on-premise and cloud environments.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance of SAP systems.
- **Implementation Expertise**:Lead SAP brownfield migration projects, including assessments, planning, and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP Public Cloud deployment and integration.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to align SAP solutions with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with SAP support and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- **Monitoring & Optimization**:Perform regular system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
Conduct capacity planning and recommend system upgrades and improvements.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Proven track record of leading brownfield implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Public Cloud solutions, including configuration and deployment.
- Proficiency in SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA), HANA databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Deep understanding of system architecture, transport management, and security configurations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in SAP Basis or SAP Public Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies in SAP landscapes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
