**About the Role**

You will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating the clinical practice setting and standards of care for a designated specialty or a specialized section. He/ She works closely with the Assisting Director of Nursing and Clinical Heads to develop and implement new policies and guidelines for specific and relevant specialty with the Centre. He/ She is clinical resource person for the healthcare professional or provider and patient in the assessment and management of patients with complex problems.

**Job Requirements**
- A recognized Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree In Nursing or its equivalent.
- At least 7 year's of clinical experience in an acute care hospital as a Registered Nurse.
- Possess an Advanced Diploma in Oncology Nursing is preferred.
