Supermetrics is looking for an **APAC** **Marketing Manager** to join our Global Marketing Team

We are seeking a high-judgment, results-oriented, and experienced marketer who will drive the APAC Regional Marketing strategy to generate awareness, consideration, and engagement with Supermetrics sales-assisted prospects in APAC. We focus on ANZ, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

**You will make an impact by**
You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and working with sales to close ideal prospect profiles at scale for your region. Your key KPIs will be Sales Accepted Leads and Sales Accepted to Qualified Lead conversion.

Responsibilities include working with the global marketing team to develop effective APAC marketing campaigns and localization programs needed to target marketing, agency, analyst, and data customers at different phases of their journey with Supermetrics. You will work closely with our sales teams using ABM to build deeper customer relationships to grow consideration and ‘Sales Assisted’ conversion for Supermetrics in our key markets in APAC.

Ideally, you’ll be located in Singapore. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having daily catch-ups with the team

**Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include**:

- Together with the team, we set a strategic direction for our key APAC markets that optimizes long-term success. We want you to focus on customer experience, brand health, engagement, and business growth through both inbound and outbound lead generation
- Create and communicate long-term plans (1—2 yrs.), including forecasting and resource planning/allocation for our Sales Assisted sales motion.
- Identify and set up mechanisms for gathering locale and customer data and insights to inform strategy in your markets.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
- Advocate for resources and investments for your region.
- Represent the regional localization and internationalization perspective during project planning and decision-making.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders within existing and related partnerships and understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing those organizations.

**This position is for you if you have**:

- B2B or related marketing experience. Deep understanding of and experience in the tech/ MarTech /digital advertising industry.
- Demonstrable ability to build a data-based internal ecosystem to support cross-functional decision-making and alignment.
- Building scalable, repeatable regional marketing programs that have broad but targeted reach.
- Strong track record of leading complex projects from vision to launch with significant autonomy.
- Ability to influence executive decision-makers and drive alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, finance, PR, and legal.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across culturally diverse internal and external teams.

**You’ll also need...**
- Strong organizational planning and development skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills — ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
