Assistant Finance Manager

**Our esteemed client, an established food manufacturing company, is searching for an Assistant Finance Manager (AR)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and refunds in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and monitor a balanced AR aging report for designated accounts, ensuring timely collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, address delays, and manage any payment discrepancies or irregularities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Reconcile payments received, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
- Assist in the month-end closing process for AR functions to ensure timely reporting.
- Regularly review customer aging reports and collaborate with sales teams to facilitate payment settlements.
- Support the audit process and perform other duties as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field

**Additional Information**:

- Working Location: Senoko
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday Friday
- Salary: Basic Up to $5,500 + VB
