**About Us**:
We are an **online chemistry tuition centre**dedicated to helping secondary school students excel in **O-Level Chemistry**. Through engaging lessons, personalized learning strategies, and continuous guidance, we aim to simplify complex chemistry concepts and help students achieve **A1 results**.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **passionate and dedicated O-Level Chemistry Tuition Teacher**to join our team. Fresh graduates who are **adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback**are welcome to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **engaging online tuition classes**for Secondary 3 and 4 students preparing for their O-Level Chemistry exams.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the **MOE syllabus**.
- Provide **personalized guidance**to students based on their learning pace and academic needs.
- Maintain **regular communication with parents**to update them on students’ progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
- Monitor students’ performance, identify learning gaps, and tailor teaching approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to improve lesson structures and adopt new teaching methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- **Fresh graduates**or undergraduates with a strong academic background in **Chemistry**are welcome.
- Strong passion for **teaching and mentoring students**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — **able to handle both parents and students**confidently.
- Adaptable, **keen on learning new teaching methods**, and **receptive to constructive feedback**.
- Comfortable with **online teaching platforms**(Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Prior tutoring experience is a plus but **not required**— **training will be provided**.
