The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Chemistry and a talent for communicating intricate ideas in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively engage with parents and students, are also essential for this role.

  • Develop and deliver engaging online tuition classes tailored to the needs of Secondary 3 and 4 students preparing for their O-Level Chemistry exams.
  • Design lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials that align with the MOE syllabus and promote student learning.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students based on their individual learning pace and academic requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed of students' progress and explore strategies for improvement.
  • Continuously assess student performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance lesson structures and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.
Requirements:
  • A degree or relevant experience in Chemistry, along with a proven track record of academic achievement.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with parents and students.
  • An adaptable mindset, willingness to learn new teaching methods, and receptivity to constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable utilizing online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Prior tutoring experience is advantageous, although not obligatory – comprehensive training will be provided.
