**Job responsibilities**

Prepare and handling shipping documentations
Liaise with customers, supplies and forwarders on shipping arrangement
Issue of PO, sales contracr, invoices, packing list and other related documents
Liaise with bankers on Import & Export trade documentations
To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of general material / hardware for project site according to product evolution, specification and requirements.
To handle price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparsion for management’s approval.
To generate Purchase Order according to Material Requisition from site personnel.
To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.

**Job Requirement**:
Min "O" Level and above
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent will be a plus.
Required skills in MS office
Min 2 years relevant working experience
Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Chinese is a must (in order to converse and handle queries from Chinese speaking customers, supplies and forwarders in regards with the shipping arrangement.)
Process excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
