
Secretary/personal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, efficient, take-charge individual to provide high-level secretarial/personal assistance/administrative full support to Group Managing Director, and occasional support to 2 other top Management members.
**Primary Responsibilities shall include but not limited to**:
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Overall in-charge of weekly BAF meeting.
- Send regular Editorial reports to HODs.
- Handle all documents that require digital signature of top Management.
- Verify monthly credit cards statements, mobile phone bills for top Management.
- Daily mail distributions; arranging for cheques deposit.
- Order Newborn gifts, Get well, Condolences flowers for staff and others.
- Provide occasional administrative support to external association activities as needed.
- Main coordinator for annual STM Asia Journal Publishing Course in Singapore.
- Follow up on all matters timely and professionally, reporting on progress and results.
- Handle Personal Income Tax, Road Tax, etc. for top Management.
- Chairman’s residence - upkeep and maintenance; record keeping of household expenses.
- Running errands and perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in any disciplines.
- At least 3 years of prior relevant experience as Secretary/ Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised, efficient, and attention to detail.
- Discretion, trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Self-motivated, good working attitude, professional demeanour.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize, be flexible, multi-task to work independently or within team.
- Be resourceful and result oriented.
- Able to work beyond office hours when needed.
- Ability to commence work immediately is highly preferred.
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
