- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools and workspaces.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical advice and support for maintenance operations.
- Complete and submit service reports for each job after customer approval.
- Communicate effectively with clients about equipment issues and maintenance outcomes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in maintaining chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboards, and generators.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and adhere to safety protocol.
