We have a position open for an Education Executive We are currently looking for a qualified executive with previous experience in delivering individualised intervention to join our team of multidisciplinary professionals who embraces the best interest of a child. The incumbent is committed towards the methodical planning, coordinating and executing of all educational-related policies, programmes and activities. Utilizing a three-tier System of Support Model, the primary role of the executive is to provide tiered intervention to children and youths in consultation with the multidisciplinary team to promote the child and youth’s academic and personal excellence.

The education executive is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the children and youths, manage volunteers and conduct needs and outcome assessments to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards. The incumbent would be required to work in the evenings three times a week due to the nature of the work.

Technical Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working within special education, learning support or community rehabilitation services for adults or youths at risk.
- Relevant qualifications in education, special education or psychology.

Core Competencies:
Good interpersonal communication and professional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong work habits, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge and experience in profiling and delivering the intervention for individuals with social-emotional difficulties is preferred.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Perform the secretariat role for planned and or ad-hoc meetings where required.
