Our client is one of the pioneers in IT-Outsourcing and Services Support catering to various industry clients both private and public sector.

They are seeking to build a team of IT Support / On-Site Support Engineers who will handle on-site support service assistance for end-user customers (Corporate staff) on day-to-day IT Service assistance.

Will be responsible for day-to-day technical support for their client/customers across specific industries and location across Singapore.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support assistance to end user customers on-site at the office premises.
- Will handle first, second line resolutions on hardware, software issues as well as associated peripherals such as mobile devices and scanners.
- Will maintain an SLA standard and procedures as provided by the IT Team and Team Leader.
- The role will also be involved in computer asset management and inventory checking to ascertain fully functional and operational equipment.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must have an education level of at least Nitec, Diploma in IT, Computer Science or the related field.
- Atleast 1-2 years working experience in Desktop Support, IT Support experience and comfortable engaging with end-users.
- Knowledge in desktop, laptop, computer troubleshooting, PC configuration and networking architecture, infrastructure and installation.
- Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
