**Daily Duties**:

- Collect and send items, documents, Xray films to and from wards, internal departments, clinics at Medical Centre and external medical suites (e.g. Royal Square, Sinaran Drive) according to fixed schedules.
- Track and maintain record of items delivered and ensure receiving party endorses the chits.
- Sort incoming and outgoing items for sending to receipt locations and or pickup by drivers.
- Collect outgoing mails, arrange and frank according to weight and countries.
- Administrative tally of franking used daily and monthly.
- Coordinate any despatch requests with internal customers when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to Personal Data Privacy guidelines while carrying out duties.
- May be tasked to carry out relief absence duties inter-facility at Mt Elizabeth Orchard or Gleneagles hospital.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors.
- (If applicable) For despatcher who carry out driver duties - to deliver and send items such as X’rays, letters, medication across IHH facilities, including cheques depositing and basic administrative processes.

**Required**:

- **Working Hours: Mon to Fri 0830hrs - 1700hrs, Sat 0830hrs -1300hrs**:

- Healthy and fit to walk around the hospital facility and vicinity to despatch documents and X-Ray films.
- Able to speak and read English.
- Uniforms will be provided.
- Compliance with hospital guidelines for staff immunization,Staff must be screened for Tdap, Hepatitis B, Varicella (chickenpox) and MMR immunization before the start of work in the hospital. The Employee Immunization Record (EIR) shall be submitted to the Manager for record.
For staff with incomplete immunizations, they are to be vaccinated within one month of deployment. The updated EIR needs to be submitted to the Hospital.
