Role will be based at Changi Business Park (East)

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain internal systems and developed servers for a banking customer.
- Prepare operational documentation, including access log reports and patching procedures.
- Perform general operations tasks such as access log reporting and patching.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts (software licenses, hardware maintenance
- Handle user inquiries and maintain good communication with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- **Must Have**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT operations and maintenance, primarily managing Windows servers.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
- General knowledge of on-premise server management, including VMware.
