Manage the IT Business Systems at SIM to meet the SLAs and expectations of all SIM Stakeholders, including People Development Fund. Enhance and provide 2nd level support to SIM’s Business Systems.
- Understand, plan, design, execute enhancements and maintenance of IT Business Systems to ensure functional requirement, personal data protection, security, robustness, scalability and service levels are met. This means to comply with all applicable IT policies and procedures in the process of achieving them.
- Vendor Management. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors/contractors on proposals and project management of new or enhancement projects.
- Timely delivery and continuous improvement. Plan, manage workplan, budget and resource utilisation.
- Develop new technical skills and capabilities. Develop within the team by working with the people to ensure new technology/approaches are implemented to force the pivoting of skills.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS
**- Experience in leading development/support team.
- Technical exposure in.Net, SharePoint Online administration, Object-Oriented Design, Microservices, API, Webservices, Databases (SQL, MySQL/ Oracle), XML, HTTPS, Kentico, etc.
- Familiar or Experience with latest technologies in Web Applications Programming, CMS, digital assets/ tools, RPA (UiPath) or low code programming etc.
- Familiar with Cloud technologies/ AWS platform including infra related (Microsoft/ LINUX).
- Familiar with Scrum methodology/ framework and tools
