Involved in the preparation, review and analysis process of the group cash flow projections
- Co-ordinate with parent company, banks and subsidiaries (local and overseas) on financing requirements
- Assist in loan documentations including to collate, follow-up, monitor and ensure conditions required to complete the transaction or financing are met timely
- Assist in daily treasury operations such as preparation of trade requests and settlements for deposit, loans and FX transactions into internal treasury management system
- Liaise with subsidiaries on loan disbursements, fund transfers and placement of deposits
- Track and monitor foreign exchange exposures and loan covenants to ensure compliance
- Monitor and prepare the compliance certificates on loan covenants to banks and trustees
- Prepare monthly reports on fixed deposits placements, bank balances, utilisation of loan facilities, FX transactions and other treasury reports
- Prepare notes to accounts in relation to treasury matters for the purpose of the statutory accounts
- Liaise with Group Accounts and auditors on transactions relating to treasury matters
- Review financing proposals and make recommendations to supervisor on the most viable financing proposal
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisors from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or ACCA
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions
- Experience in implementation of corporate treasury system will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated and resourceful with excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handling challenging workloads with often changing priorities
