Job Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the overall eCommerce operations including order management, supply chain, inventory planning and customer services
- Drive project initiatives, from an operational standpoint, for both known and unknown solutions that are identified to deliver solutions for the eCommerce process enhancement
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP (Order entry / Administration / Shipping / etc.)
- Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP
- Oversee allocation and establish replenishment process to maintain optimum inventory levels of key selling items
- Manage and respond to issues with ticketing systems pertaining to order related queries
- Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)
- Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)
- Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management

Pre-Requisites:

- Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative
- Strong individual capable to execute independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong people management skills. Ability to manage and motivate direct reports and collaborate across a matrix organization.
