**Core Responsibilities**:
**Ad ideation (30%)**
- Deeply understand our target consumers and category
- Perform research and draw inspiration from other advertisements and content creators around the world, constantly bringing insights and ad ideas back to Blood for reframing & execution
- Leverage on breakout content by social media content creators
- Conceptualize and prioritize the testing of a number of new creatives/ad ideas every week/month (and possibly new conversion/landing experiences)

**Ad creation (20%)**
- Work with Blood’s in-house designers to produce ads
- Incorporate marketing and direct response psychology into advertising visuals & copy to ensure they resonate with our target audience and persuasively drive action (while not veering “off brand”)
- Bonus if you can self edit ad creatives for even faster minor iterations

**Ad execution, measurement, analysis & iteration (40%)**
- Setup and run ad campaigns on main focus ad platforms - TikTok, Facebook and Instagram video ads are the primary focus at the moment
- Implement a rigorous and high frequency test-learn-optimize process to monitor ad metrics daily and iterate ad copy/visuals/audience/placement etc. to achieve RoAS targets
- Scale up investment into winning ads, while killing or pivoting non-performing ones

**Team Communications & Alignment (10%)**
- Develop a cadence of reporting RoAS (and other key metrics) and insights by channel/ad campaign, in order to align with growth leaders, marketers and channel specialists

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok Ads Manager
- A hunger for growth is critical because you will be pulling one of the biggest levers of Blood’s growth
- Fast learner and a team player with a bias to action, while being detailed-oriented
- Have a good eye for effective advertising creatives
- Strong analytical ability to use quantitative data to develop actionable insights, with a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as RoAS, AOV, CAC, CVR, CTR
