**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and compile monthly and quarterly financial and management reports required by stakeholders for Joint-venture & it’s subsidiaries. Perform analysis and commentaries on all material variances on a timely basis
- Weekly and monthly review of cashflow forecast
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various channels
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
- Involve in monthly reforecast process, including uploading of reforecast into system
- Assist to update countries’ planning book on monthly basis
- Assist in loading New Product Development (NDP) forecast into Insights (Global system)
- Assist in preparing resupply order templates for countries on monthly basis
- Review of purchase forecast for countries including monthly rollover of forecast
- Involve in the preparation of yearly budget
- Prepare ROI Analysis for CAPEX and review ROI for advertising & promotional spends
- Pricing list maintenance and GM analysis
- Review COGS calculation and analysis
- Ensure compliance with group SOX requirements
- Participate in yearly stock take exercise and ad hoc destruction of expired inventories sighting
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position and/or in Big Four* (*Experience in audit in Big Four is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, willing to accept changes and challenges
- Positive attitude and high integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and deliver tangible outcomes
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Hands-on with excellent Excel skills
- Working knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP, ERP, Microsoft Office) is a plus
- Able to travel overseas occasionally for business needs (10%)
