
Senior Technical Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- End to end design and implementation of platform, including endpoint security.
- To work with different key stakeholders, collaboratively setting product strategic goals and ensuring teams have the strategies and support required to execute and maintain them.
- Directly engage with vendors for requirement analysis and clarifications and play a key role in assisting engineering/product management to define product and technology roadmap.
- Conduct system security, vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues.
- Keeping in tune with the regulatory responsibilities and the guidelines set out by regulators in all of our operating markets.
- To build product development and production support team.
- To build TDD approach for product development.
- Provides leadership to technical resources to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met in an efficient way.
- Provide L3 level production support and volunteer to perform L2 support based on demand.
- Able to work on cloud technologies and experience in AZURE like environment, is a plus
- Ensures that code artifacts produced are of the highest quality, conforming to set or agreed upon standard. Should advocate such consistency to all members of the team.
- Escalates and communicates issues, risks and concerns to the management on time.
- Accepts project delivery responsibilities and demonstrates accountability to leadership.
- Builds competencies in product and technology domain to set expectations.
- Provides feedback regarding product quality, performance, other nonfunctional requirements and leads corrective measures.
- Supports the management in the recruitment process.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and share knowledge with other team members.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience JAVA technologies (React JS, Advanced JavaScript experience, JQuery).
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including English language skills) and the ability to interact promptly and professionally with teams across different time zones.
- A good understanding of Software Engineering Best Practices and ability to define and drive this within the teams.
- Provision of in-depth technical skills to fix ad-hoc incidents/problems, mentoring and support DevOps teams to ensure best practice.
- The desire to learn and continuously improve on the product quality, performance and other non-functional requirements.
- Experience with source control software including how to branch and merge.
- Experience with BPM products.
- Experience with scripting languages, Phython is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, MongoDB is a plus.
- UI/UX Technologies.
- Unit testing and test automation frameworks.
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment of tools and technologies.
- Agile practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Individual should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering and design and 5+ years of additional experience as a Technical Lead / Technical Specialist.
- Knowledge and exposure to banking software product is a plus.
- Knowledge of wealth management business process is a plus.
- Technical certifications in latest technologies like cloud (Azure / AWS), is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is independent, adaptable and versatile.
- Have a growth mindset that is collaborative and team-oriented.
