**Summary**:
ONE Intervention Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Needs Teacher to join our growing team. You'll have the unique opportunity to work directly under a qualified child psychologist, gaining valuable insights and expertise. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). **Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and activities tailored to each child's specific needs.
Provide direct instruction to children with special needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Assess and evaluate children's progress and behaviours to monitor their development.
Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans that address each child's unique challenges.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in special education and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) intervention strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, such as Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Psychology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching children with special needs, including those with ASD.
Strong understanding of special education principles and practices, including TEACCH, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and other evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Passion for working with children with special needs and a commitment to their success.
