As a Retail Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and management of learning programs and initiatives that drive the development of skills and knowledge within the retail team. You will work closely with retail management to identify learning needs and implement training solutions to enhance performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- **Learning Needs Analysis**: Collaborate with retail managers and HR to assess the learning needs of retail staff at different levels and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- **Program Development**: Assist in designing, developing, and updating training content and materials (e.g., manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops) aligned with business goals and objectives.
- **Training Delivery**: Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for retail staff, ensuring that content is relevant and engaging.
- **Onboarding**: Develop and manage onboarding programs for new retail employees to ensure they quickly adapt and integrate into their roles.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Work with retail supervisors to monitor the performance of employees post-training, ensuring learning objectives are being met.
- **Learning Management System (LMS)**: Manage the LMS, ensuring courses and training records are up-to-date and reporting on training completion and compliance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders, using it to enhance training programs for future development.
- **Project Management**: Assist in L&D projects and initiatives, including coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholders for successful execution.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with external training vendors for specialized courses and ensure delivery is in line with business requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
