We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential corporate clients, understanding their training needs, and offering our comprehensive range of SkillsFuture-funded training programs.
This role involves cold outreach, door-knocking, and building strong relationships with businesses to drive sales and promote our training solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, networking, and other sales techniques.
- **Client Engagement**:Approach potential corporate clients, understand their training needs, and present suitable training solutions that are funded by SkillsFuture Singapore.
- **Sales Presentations**:Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to key decision-makers within target organizations.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
