**About us**:_Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the _underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to those in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services. As our organisation continues to expand, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.**Role Overview**:The role of an Executive Officer (Admin & Publicity) at Muslimin Trust Fund Association's Ihsan Casket department involves a diverse set of duties and responsibilities. The primary focus is on providing administrative support for burial assignments and handling publicity-related tasks. There will be additional incentives for this role.

**Responsbilities**:
1.Administrative
- Liaise with the Contractor to collect NEA Burial Plot Letters
- Booking of transport for Next-of-kins, if any
- Liaise with other casket companies, in any case, Ihsan Casket is unable to handle burial assignments
- Oversee monthly and annual MTFA Burial & Ihsan Casket reports
- Be part of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Team and Data Protection
- Governance Committee for MTFA Burial & Ihsan Casket
- Replenish petty cash for Ihsan Casket
- Place order / make purchases for items related to MTFA Burial / Ihsan
- Casket, such as white kafan cloth, cotton wool, etc
- Process invoices in ApprovalMax
- Prepare invoices and receipts for Ihsan Casket’s clients and Prepare invoices and for Jenazah Management Course participants
- Prepare certificates for Jenazah Management Course participants
- Make purchases of items related to the Jenazah Management Course
- such as files, certificate papers, etc
- Filing work for MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket burial assignments
- Prepare minutes for MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket weekly meetings
- Handles & manages 24hrs hotline numbers, for MTFA Burial & Ihsan Casket.

2. Publicity
- Compose and edit press releases, company literature, and articles for internal and external use
- Plan publicity strategies and campaigns for MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket
- Deal with inquiries from the public, press, and related organizations
- Undertake relevant market research and suggest improvements
- Design, write and produce presentations
- Work closely with MTFA Publicity Team on press releases and media articles related to MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket
- Prepare media evaluation reports
- Organize events for MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket
- Designing Ihsan Casket collaterals such as calendars, fridge magnets, car decals, umbrellas, and other related items
- Update the Ihsan Casket website in a consistent and timely manner
- Capture photos of MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket events and archive them accordingly
- Plan and strategize fundraising campaigns for Ihsan Casket
- Formulate plans for branding of Ihsan Casket (Events, Online
- Advertisements, Flyers, Brochures, Leaflets, Posters, and Social Media)
- Execute strategies on ways to increase Ihsan Casket burial services
- Attend external events as a representative of MTFA Burial / Ihsan Casket
- Prepare Media Relations/Publicity Report for Council
- Ensure that MTFA protects and promotes its image and reputation in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner
- Cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships with the press and public
- Manage the flow of news about MTFA / Ihsan Casket to the media
- Gather and disseminate timely information to the public and staff
- Create effective communication channels
- Act as a liaison agent on behalf of MTFA / Ihsan Casket when addressing queries or complaints from the public
- Support Burial Operations in a professional, organized, and caring manner consistent with company policies and procedures, whenever required
- Any other duties as assigned by Executive Director and Burial Executive (Operations)

**Minimum Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Adminstrative and Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communication or other related fields
- Proficient in marketing communications, branding, design, social media, project management
- Proficient in social media management, website management & performance marketing
- Prior knowledge and experience in the marketing/publicity industry is an advantage
- Strong command of the English Language (spoken & written)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to do administration work such as collection of donations (ad-hoc)
- Minimum of 2 years of related working experience
