Join us as a Product Marketing Specialist for the Electrification Business Area where you will be implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. This position reports to the Product Marketing Director and based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed
- Focusing on achievement of orders and drives continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups
- Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market
- Coordinating market analyses with the sales team and defining appropriate forecasts and planning related to product marketing.
- Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Overseesing the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the sales team(s).Driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson

**Your background**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of Product Marketing experience from the Electrical industry
- Knowledge of IEC standards would be a plus
- Knowledge on development of Business plan
- Willing to do cold calling for new customers
- Team player and self starter
