Summary

We are searching for a highly independent and result orientated Specialist You will be part of the Distribution team and will be the key person supporting and coordinating all the NDC (New Distribution Capabilities) channel activities. You will work closely with our Sales team and industry partners to recommend the best solutions for the business ultimately driving the technical strategy, system maturity, and the overall success for the NDC channel.

**Job Description**:
NDC (Navitaire system) Administration- Responsible for maintaining NDC user controls and access to system;- Maintain and build the NDC documentation library;- Document Agreement with partners;

NDC Knowledgebase- Maintain records of all changes in the system performed by team- Verify all changes made in the system do not conflict with pre-existing configurations- Document and implement procedures for the effective reporting, monitoring, reporting, testing and acceptance of problems.- Innovate means to improve the channel from the technology standpoint.

Support for Business- Day-to-day management of issues and queries from internal and external stakeholder- Work and manage various internal and external stakeholders to develop system solutions and workarounds for system limitations- Management of complications encountered during normalcy via an in-depth analysis of factual/qualitative information on hand; recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective- Proactively communicate & coordinate with related stakeholders at all levels and provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

Project Management- Monitor, manager, and steer the implementation NDC projects from commencement to post implementation- Management of complications encountered during implementation via an in-depth analysis of factual/qualitative information on hand ; recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective- Proactively communicate & coordinate with related stakeholders at all levels and provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Aviation management or equivalent- Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information.- Highly independent, intuitive and autonomous.- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment.
