**As a Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- **Ensure High Standards of Laboratory Care**:
Maintain consistent and high-quality standards for complex laboratory cases in both clinical and research settings, with ongoing reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- **Lead and Manage Laboratory Operations**:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations, including clinical diagnostics, research protocols, quality assurance, and laboratory safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage departmental planning, budgeting, and manpower allocation. Experience in driving organisational change and service improvement initiatives.
