
Country Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a country business leader and responsible for sales ownership in Malaysia
- Plan and implement a business strategy to achieve agreed market share, sales and margin and order booking
- Lead and drive the sales team across Malaysia targeted market segments to increase the business growth and market penetration
- Provide market insights for the positioning of company products, identifying market/customer needs and digging out the new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and partners to maximize sales results
- Measure and track country performance in terms of sales growth and market penetration
- Analyze data and prepare sales reports for management review
- Work closely with different teams across business functions and ensure client satisfaction consistently
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 6 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components
- Effective people managing skills
- Able to manage both internal/external relationship at multi-level
- Target-oriented, aggressive, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
