**Your day to day**
voco Orchard Singapore is seeking dynamic and passionate Sales Coordinator for its sales & marketing team. As Sales Coordinator, you'll work in co-operation with the corporate and MICE business development team and co-ordinates the preparation and issuance of business proposals and contracts, and bookings for guestrooms and/or event venues. You will support the management of assigned portfolio of accounts with guidance by the team.
- Acts on guests’ requests, provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries
- Distributes sales leads immediately for responses within the stipulated time frame
- Preparing sales related documents throughout the sales process
- Attend to the general sales hotline and all incoming telephone calls within the brand standard
- Resolve requests and/or complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied clients.
- Communication and preparation of show room keys and checking of the show rooms
- Preparation / consolidation of overseas sales call schedule / appointments for Sales team
- Work on educational or familiarization groups in co-ordination with the Sales team
- Preparation, requisition and stock control of collateral, printed material, stationery, corporate gifts and promotional items
- Raising the sponsorship letters, vouchers and purchase requisition forms
- Participates in direct marketing assignments
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services as directed and provide guests with information
- Attend the sales-related meetings from time to time, and may be required to take minutes of meetings to be circulated accordingly
- Raise the awareness and reputation of your hotel and the brand locally
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

**What we need from you**
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Operations or Sales in service industry
- Good communication skills and shows initiative
- Flexible work approach
