Contribute to the selection and development of products suitable for the retail channel.

**Retail Integration**:

- Collaborate with the retail team to understand market trends, customer preferences, and retail-specific considerations.
Provide insights into the market potential and sustainability aspects of products for the retail shop.

**Data Management**:

- Organize and maintain databases related to hands-on experimentation, research outcomes, and retail performance metrics.
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate findings, with a focus on both research and retail components.

**Communication**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing the outcomes of hands-on experiments, research activities, and retail performance.
Collaborate with team members to integrate research and retail considerations into project plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in hands-on experimentation and research.
- Familiarity with circular economy principles and sustainable development goals.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive social and environmental change.
