**The Role**
You are responsible for providing prompt and exceptional service to customers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration and manage customer expectations and needs professionally.
- Respond to reservation enquiries promptly and deal with reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for providing prompt and exceptional service to customers.
- Willing to work on Permanent Night Shifts: either 9:30pm - 7am or 10:30pm - 8am.
- Willing to work on a rostered 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- No related work experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Other general customer service-related experience will be advantageous.
- Customer service and people oriented.
- Good communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative team player that is dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and mature.
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month
