All associates are responsible for day-to-day account management, and initiating and implementing creative ideas and initiatives outlined in communications plans. Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations, digital, social, content creation, journalism and other related media fields may apply.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

**_Creative/Strategic Inputs _**
- Contribute creative and strategic inputs for client’s PR programmes, proposals and at client meetings
- Proactively alert clients and senior account managers on issues and events that will have an impact on client business or PR programmes
- Be in the know of traditional and emerging media / social trends and share perspective and insights to the team
- Contribute to business development pitches particularly in research and intelligence gathering

**_Account Management _**
- Day-to-day management of allocated accounts
- Fully familiarise oneself with client’s business and the related industry, client contacts, and clients' internal communications procedures and processes
- Fully familiarise oneself with Tate Anzur’s client servicing standards, client reporting formats and procedures
- Prepare all contact/activity reports and ensure timely submission of such reports to clients
- Ensure that all written materials to be submitted to client are accurate, error-free, and approved by an account manager or director in charge of that account
- Brief third parties e.g. collateral designers, photographers, event companies etc. fully and clearly on clients’ requirements and preferences
- Media monitoring of relevant dailies/publications/broadcast and social media platforms for clients
- Build and develop relationships with the media and social stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years related professional experience
- Possess good command of English
- Excellent oral and written business communication and presentation skills
- Proven media relations skills and relationships
- Demonstrates potential to support multiple accounts effectively
- Can anticipate client needs
- Attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge and interest in the digital economy, technology and sustainability sectors
- Experience in executive communications on LinkedIn and social media copywriting is a plus.
- Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
