**SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)**

**Job Purpose**:

- Lead the production team of line leaders, controller and operators to achieve Monthly Production Target, On-Time Delivery and Right First Time, OEE and Yield Improvement.
- Build strong relationship with both internal and external customers.
- Communicate well with customers, management and direct reports to fulfill order requirements.
- Improve product lead time and machine efficiency and increase throughput

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead a team of production operators and meet monthly production targets.
- Execute daily production based on planning schedule.
- Make use of resources available to optimize production output.
- Resolve delivery issues with production planners and customers.
- Create development and training plans required for production operators.
- Motivate team to achieve Key Performance Indices (KPI) set by management
- Supervise and ensure productions of goods are done according to procedures.
- Plan and monitor production efficiency to achieve KPI. Ensure all production machines are running properly and in an efficient manner.
- Ensure 5s Housekeeping to keep production area clean & tidy. Ensure EHS standards are followed by all production staff at all times.
- Take lead for Six-Sigma projects.
- Monitor team performances and create action plan for continuous improvement.
- Lead taskforce to overcome production and quality issues.
- Timely submission of weekly and monthly production reports.
- Co-ordinate with production planners to provide all the outstanding delivery orders to be closed at month’s end.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or GED in Engineering or Industrial Technology
