**Food Operation Supervisor (Day/Night Shift)**

1. Able to lead his team and delegate the tasks accordingly

2. Able to operate both Ops admin and warehouse picking work

3. Need to know the stock movement so as to post correctly items

4. Primary job to assist take in night orders (customers, retail order as per management request)

5. Ensure all the orders are confirmed (Zolo)

6. Print out Picking note as per SOP

7. Ensure all the pick notes are print before releasing to warehouse for picking

8. Ensure all the pick notes are tick (stock quantity), sign (checked) & CL number tick

9. Navision (staging, pick note & print invoice)

10. To consolidate all the dry stock & place orders

11. Ensure all stock release to driver are checked (physical stock & invoice)

12. Ensure all drivers to load all the home delivery & customers' stock

13. Ensure all the cleanliness and domestic are done before clocking out

14. Need to update on issues if any on WhatsApp for morning shift to take note

15. Ensure all night shift operation to run smoothly

16. Assist to check on all the item code

17. Able to communicate well with teammates & other department

18. Able to communicate well with immediate superior

19. Able to drive forklift & reach truck (safety SOP to follow)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
