**Job Position: Tuition Center Manager**

**Company Overview**: As a reputable tuition center, we are committed to providing exceptional educational services to our students. We manage various courses covering primary to tertiary education levels. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to manage our center operations.

The Tuition Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the center, including handling inquiries, liaising with parents and tutors, coordinating the scheduling and logistics of classes, interacting with students, managing fee collection, and recruiting new students. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of the center and the highest level of educational service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations and address inquiries and issues promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and tutors, ensuring effective communication.
- Plan tutor requirements and allocate classrooms efficiently.
- Engage with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Oversee the collection of fees and ensure timely payments.
- Drive student recruitment efforts to grow the center's student base.
- Conduct diagnostic tests for new students and discuss results with tutors to tailor instruction.
- Process tutor claims and handle administrative tasks related to tutor payments at the end of each month.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work on weekends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Experience in educational management or a related field is preferred.

**Job Details**:

- Pay: $2,200 - $2,800 per month
- Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
- Work Location: In person

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus
