Are you a leader with a passion for education and a talent for managing operations? TutorJohn Learning Centre is hiring a **Full-Time Centre Manager**for our **Tampines branch**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the tuition centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and manage a team of tutors to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students, addressing feedback and concerns professionally.
- Drive enrolment growth through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
- Manage scheduling, student enrollment, and administrative duties.
- Monitor and report on the centre’s performance, including profit and loss.
- Organize and oversee centre events and activities.
