**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.

From essential care services to rehabilitation or planned group activities at the Senior Day Care, our goal is to empower seniors to live with passion while keeping them comfortable and safe. By providing fun and engaging activities and a personalized, supportive, and caring environment, we aim to foster connection and enhance the quality of life of our seniors.
As part of the Quality Management team, you will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of the care provided to our seniors. You are a vital member of a dedicated team, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality, meeting regulatory standards, and reflecting the needs of the seniors we serve. Through our commitment to person-centred care, you will promote safety, effectiveness, and compassion in all aspects of our services. With ongoing support and training from our team of professionals, you will continue to grow in your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Quality and Safety Administration**:
- Assist the Manager, Quality Management in coordinating and implementing quality and safety initiatives across Senior Day Care and Home Care settings.
- Support the development and execution of training programs aimed at improving staff competencies in quality and safety practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and safety programs, providing recommendations for enhancements.
**Document Management**:
- Maintain and update organisational documents, including policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring they reflect the latest regulatory standards and best practices.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for document revisions and ensure timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive document control system that ensures accessibility and version control.
**Collaboration with Clinical and Operations Teams**:
- Work closely with clinical and operations teams to design and refine workflows and processes that enhance service delivery and client/patient safety.
- Provide administrative support in the creation and implementation of new procedures that align with quality improvement goals.
- Act as a liaison between Quality Management and other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
**Incident and Audit Management**:
- Manage incidents reported within Senior Day Care and Home Care services, ensuring timely investigation, documentation, and resolution in accordance with established protocols.
- Analyse trends in incident reports and audit findings to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Conduct audits of Senior Day Care and Home Care services to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to the Manager, Quality Management, highlighting key findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses, contributing to the development of effective solutions.
- Develop and implement audit schedules, ensuring that audits are conducted regularly and consistently across all service areas.
**Research and Innovation**:
- Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in quality management, particularly in the context of senior care.
