- What will you be doing?_
- Manage the company’s cash flow, WIP financing and accounts receivable.
- Lead the Finance team to ensure effective and efficiency operations of Finance Department in the areas of Finance operations (accounts receivable, payable, invoicing), reporting, tax compliance and treasury.
- Responsible for career development of Finance operations team.
- Assure the correctness of managerial information including order book, WIP financing and key financial numbers
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly actual financial reporting in a timely manner.
- Responsible for fulfilling statutory requirements such as taxation report and statutory accounts reporting and filing.
- Responsible to ensure adequate internal control is put in place.
- Responsible for treasury function, exchange rate hedging and reporting.
- Responsible for compliance to IFRS.
- Responsible for credit controlling.
- Are you the one?_
- Process solid experience in financial reporting, finance operations/accounting and taxation from medium to large size multinational corporations.
- Willing to hand on and is detail in his/her analysis.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skill.
- Able to interact actively with all the business unit leaders and provide them with solid professional advice.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably with some years of experience from auditing, financial controlling, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, strategic planning/management.
- Process relevant professional qualifications.
- Well verse with SAP and Microsoft excel.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in accountancy or relevant field.
- Good communication skill in English, both spoken and written.
