Our client, a global financial technology company specialising in financial market data and infrastructure, is presently hiring for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for fostering intimate relationships and being a trusted advisor to the clients’ Investment Advisory and Wealth customers who utilise their Desktop & Enterprise Solutions through the customer experience journey. This role focuses primarily on driving the value creation and execution of the retention strategy to ensure adoption, integration, and expansion of our solutions into the daily workflow of end-users. You will work mainly with users in the Investment Advisory and Wealth space.
- At least 3+ years of customer success/client relationship experience, pre-sales, or role within a financial data organisation
- Strong financial markets knowledge
- Strong understanding of the capital markets, investment, and advisory/wealth markets, the roles of buy-side and sell-side analysts, portfolio managers, quant analysts, investment bankers in the financial services industry
- Good skills in customer relationship-building; and equipped with excellent communication skills
