Job Description
**As a Program Manager you are responsible for managing complex cross cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new product development, implementations and coordination of different product teams, areas and domains and their activities during the initiative lifecycle. The job includes strategic analysis and technical expertise.**

**The Program Manager creates basis for decisions as well as hands on troubleshooting different problems in different product areas and business operation functions over the whole setup. An additional focus area within the job, is to discover options and refine product coordination processes by using existing and new tools to achieve the expected outcome of cross cutting initiatives.**

**The Program Manager has great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.**

**_ Key responsibilities:_**
- Lead, manage and execute large cross-cutting and technology projects (programs), involving a large number of Product Teams.
- Lead initiatives cross Domains, Product Areas and Product teams, as well as with business stakeholders to drive joint initiatives, requiring synchronized backlogs and activities.
- Responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines.
- Takes responsibility and accountability and drives planning and resolution, providing key stakeholders with timely statuses.
- Lead various product initiatives while delivering other cross-functional projects and ensure coordination across Product Areas (where necessary).
- Communicates with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues.
- Enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with other tech teams.
- Manage stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously improve the cooperation between the product teams with other stakeholders at H&M and in the Business Tech organization.
