As ONE Championship is experiencing explosive growth, the Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is now seeking a dedicated Analyst to join the family

The Analyst will focus on cross-platform measurement and reporting of linear TV and digital streaming. You will be responsible for the following key areas including, but not limited to:

- Collate, analyze and report audience data across linear and digital platforms using various software-based rating systems, such as Arianna and Npower
- Manage day-to-day communications with external agencies; ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Support various functions by addressing ad-hoc data requests
- Proactively understand business drivers, challenges, and objectives; develop tracking/research projects to help stakeholders optimize and achieve goals

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role or similar
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Effective communication of technical and non-technical information, both verbally and in writing
- Growth mindset, keen to excel in a fast-paced, changing, and at times ambiguous environment
- Experience with TV, digital terminology, and methodology is preferred
- Experience with rating software (Arianna, Npower) is a plus
