_Providing support for office and operations administrative functions _
- _- End to end audit arrangement processes_
- _- Preparation of monthly calling list and monthly audit planning_
- Scheduling of audit, follow up till confirmation
- Creation of client folders and preparation for audit
- Preparation and mailing of letters - Client database management including updating and maintaining of records
- Updating and Maintaining proper filing system
- Invoice administration
- Answering phone calls. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned._
- _Handling Phone Enquiries _
- _Perform secretarial support to Director_
- _Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned _**Requirements**:_
- _GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec/ Diploma_
- _Good command of English _
- _Good communication skills_
- _Responsible, organized, work independently and willing to take on new challenges._
- _Able to start work immediately. _

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:
