Assistant Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
- Service Desk, Deskside support and IT Services delivery management
- Service Request Management / Client Service Management
- Define the framework for best possible performance of IT Delivery
- Stakeholder Management - including representing IT delivery Management to the customers.
- Establish an IT delivery policy that defines the process, the related roles and responsibilities for a service or collection of services.
- Build the IT Services culture to provide service excellence to customer, ensuring tasks are done timely and organised manner.
- IT contract management / SOW / Service Level Management SLA, manage the client relationship from a service quality and operations perspective and ensure all contracted service level agreements are meet.
- Lead customer interaction on service-related issues and orchestrate actions to ensure quick resolution.
- Ensures compliance to all management KPI and change control procedure.
- As Process owner of our Cybersecurity Awareness training program is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cybersecurity awareness programs for our client.
- His or her job includes conducting risk assessments, creating training materials, developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures, and providing guidance to employees on safe computing practices.
Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role, along with a some understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies will be the plus.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications, is usually required.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented and patient
- Attention to details
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
