Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible in ensuring seamless execution of tasks to support hiring of talents, employee engagement and the day-to-day operations of Human Resources.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment process including on-boarding:
2. Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement activities;
3. Liaise with other companies to benchmark on employee programs and practices;
5. Assist in drafting responses for the Ministry of Manpower surveys (ie labor market survey, employee census, etc), to be finalized with the HR Manager;
6. Serve as a primary HR point of contact for all employees and managers on day-to-day HR queries;
7. Conducts exit process for leavers;
8. Maintain HR and Personnel records (hard copy and docushare);
9. Handles Employment relations issues such as disciplinary and grievances;
10. Organize staff events such as new employee welcome session, employee communication sessions;
11. Responsible for liaising with universities in Singapore for NCG and Interns hiring;
12. Maintain comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and methods of operation to effectively and efficiently conduct duties and responsibilities;
13. Drive process excellence by continuously looking for opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively;
14. Manage/Support other related duties or additional projects/tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields

2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist or previous HR experience with HR Operations

3. Familiarity with SuccessFactor and/or Workday

4. Must maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Good problem-solving abilities and Team management skills

7. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written

8. Proficient in MS Office and ability to operate office equipment (e.g. video conferencing, etc)

9. Good organizational skills with strong attention to details

10. Demonstrated ability to positively influence members of the team.

11. Strong knowledge of local HR laws and practices.
