**About the role**
A unique and exciting opportunity for a Global Human Resources Operations & Services Specialist, to be responsible for assisting management with implementing solutions, and providing systems monitoring and problem solving for HR and Benefit Administration processing. Other key responsibilities include:

- Responding to all HR services requests, escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department; acting as a first point of contact, providing HR information and advice regarding the Firm’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the firm’s standard operating procedures and local legislative requirements.
- Assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting for Firm’s eFile system.
- Using knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and Business Objects to present query results in functional reports.
- Assisting Practice Office Human Resources Managers, the Services Team and Global Human Resources Team to establish, create, and implement procedures for the consistent and efficient collection, storage, and retrieval of information.
- Assisting the Kronos team in managing timekeeping activities for the practice offices including making adjustments to entries in Kronos (e.g., Makeup Time), following-up with managers and supervisors to ensure all timecards are approved, answering routine questions about timekeeping and Kronos, and escalating complex questions to available resources as needed. Generates Kronos reports for the department and the practice offices.
- Using PeopleSoft to generate standard, scheduled, requested and ad hoc; using knowledge of query tools and PeopleSoft table structure to write basic queries.

**About you**

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in Human Resources Information Systems and Human Resources Specialist
