**Responsibility**:

- Manage full-spectrum of financial and accounting functions (AR, AP, GL and other balance sheet items)
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end & year close activities and analysis, consolidation and tax & statutory reporting and the financial information are in compliance with SFRS / IFRS
- Overseeing the subsidiaries finance functions both locally & overseas
- Prepare periodic management reports and analysis reports, including budgeting and forecasting
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to ensure timely billing & recording of revenue transaction
- Provide oversight and guidance on AR collection, including informing Finance and Business Operation team
- Support treasury management for the APAC region, including initiation of wire transfer and monitoring cashflow
- Manage fixed assets to ensure proper control and custody, physical and reporting of assets
- Support internal / external financial audits, including reconciliation with supported documentation, compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards
- Handle IRAS tax submission requirements, including GST and withholding tax
- Responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls over the company's accounting and financial procedures
- Support Financial Controller in process improvement project and internal controls implementation
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management

**Requirement**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA qualification, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with 2-3 years exposure in a start-up environment
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards
- Experienced in managing subsidiaries in Southeast and East Asia countries and preparation of consolidation
- Hands-on, meticulous with analytical mind, organized in managing the team and function
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently and as an effective team player to collaborate with co-workers of different levels and nationalities.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent time and project management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
