**About the Role**:
As a seasoned leader in the construction industry, the Project Director / GM will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive the successful completion of projects aligned with company's business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Oversight**:Provide leadership and direction to teams on tendering, execution, and project completion, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with General Managers across Engineering, MEP, Commercial, Contracts, and Finance & Administration divisions to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- **Strategic Planning**:Partner with the Corporate Planning Team to craft and execute the company’s strategic plan, achieving both short-term and long-term goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A recognized Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent, preferably accredited by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or Board of Architects.
- At least 20 years of practical experience, with 10 years in a Senior Management role within Building Projects Construction Management for a main contractor.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and guiding departmental heads.
- Certification in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
- Strong understanding of local authority requirements and engineering standards.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
